I put a small block 350 in a 97 s-10 while doing this a tore out all the old wiring and replaced it the only thing i can figure out is how to wire a 3 wire alternator in my truck its the alternator that came with the small block
Nothing to it...there's two wires at the top, one is for the field, and the other for ground. Large wire to the back is output.
