its made by oatey and supposed to work similar to 'stopleak' for your cars radiator. i dont know if you can just pick it up at menards or if u have to go to a HVAC specialty kinda outfit or how good it works.
Not sure of the name, but there are several stopleaks on the market. You'll have to go to a plumbing supply house to find it. Remember, it's only a temporary solution which only delays the inevitable.
