In preparing to go to camp I was running around like a crazy person. I was selling things at Pam's estate sale, working at Borders, working crazy go nuts at my main job at MHI to get my inbox under control, studying, buying stuff that I needed for camp, cooking for my return home so I wouldn't have to worry about feeding myself, and packing. I bought too many snacks, but better to have too many than too few. But I didn't have to check a bag in, so I was good to go. The day before the trip, and the day of the trip, I was intending to sleep extra to rest up. But, that didn't happen. I just sort of woke up on my own. Now, insofar as actually getting psyched up for it, I was pretty chill. However, when I woke up instead of sleeping (I never get sleep so when I do lay down without an alarm to stir me I generally ZZZzzZZZZzzzzZZZZzzz for a long time), I realized that without being conscious of it, I'd gotten excited. (Yeah, you read that right.) Anyway, while I was gone to camp it was decided that my dad would work on my car - that is, popping out the dents from my potentially fatal brush with death in September and replacing my tail light. See, it took this long because I work 6 days a week and I use the tollway daily. I have an EZ Tag so I can breeze along the tollway without a problem, so if I were to give up my car I wouldn't be able to anymore, and I just work way too much to go without my car.
