Sparkplug quick failure?
I don’t know much about a Peugot, but if its an old car then check to make sure the coil, wires and plugs are all factory spec. Also check the resistor for proper function. If it’s newer, check the coil lead for proper resistance, the ignition module (you’d have to check with a peugot guy on that). Sounds like a bad ground (from engine to frame/battery?) or somethings is producing too much juice. Even a bad battery can do that–or an overcharging alternatior.
